The Company

Adonis AS is a software house that has been engaged in the shipping and offshore market since 1981.  The company Adonis Data AS was formed in 1988, and it later changed its name to Adonis AS. We are thus one of the oldest software companies and have existed under the same major owners and the same product name fore more than two decades.  All key staff members from this period are still in active positions in the company. That is why we like to say that the company has a ”a World of Experience” with respect to its special field, namely Maritime Human Resource and Payroll Systems.

Our activities are divided between the head office in Norway and Consultancy / support department located in Kerch on the Crimea in the Ukraine .  The company currently employs 18 persons divided between the Norwegian head office and the Ukraine .

The majority of the stock is owned by the management of the company. The company’s financial status is sound, and we have seen considerable growth in turnover and profits in recent years.
