The Integrated Solution The Adonis Personnel Manager for maritime personnel administration is a comprehensive, modularised and fully integrated system, designed to meet both the shore-based office and onboard maritime requirements of any modern day shipping company. The system is a modern 32-bit Windows application that can be run on Windows NT/2000/2003 or Linux server platform. The Adonis Personnel Manager is a comprehensive human resource management system, which is able to handle both shore-based staff as well as maritime crew. It also incorporates an integrated payroll module, which has been developed to support the tax laws and social security requirements of a number of countries. This allows the program to function as a fully integrated solution to the personnel management needs of shipping companies of any scale. The system incorporates advanced planning, as well as organisational and information functions that significantly enhances the efficiency with which you administer your fleet. Separate modules are designed to carry out all necessary accounting and personnel related tasks on board a vessel.
